Warranty Information

What to do if you need to make a warranty claim

E&P Hydraulics offer a two-year warranty from the date of installation for all systems fitted through a Partner, or by ourselves. If you find your product not up to our usual high standards and want to make a claim, under warranty, for a faulty product here's what you need to do.

  1. Contact your original Installer or supplying Retailer. You will need to know your date of installation and may be asked to provide a copy of your receipt or invoice, as proof of purchase. Please note that some of our Partners aren't able to process warranties; if your original installer, or supplying Retailer, can't help, simply get in touch with a Premium Partner or directly with ourselves. Find a Partner.
  2. A Premium Partner will happily inspect the system and diagnose the problem.
  3. If the warranty covers the work needed, a Premium Partner will be able to do this for you and process a claim with E&P. If the work is not covered by the warranty, you will need to cover the costs of the work yourself. A Premium Partner will still be able to do this for you.

If you have any questions, please get in touch directly with us. Contact us

If your E&P system has been installed outside of the UK or Ireland, our Premium Partner network will happily carry out any servicing or repairs for you, but cannot process warranty claims for you, even if the system is within its warranty period. They will provide you with an invoice and warranty report, allowing you to raise a claim with your supplying Retailer, with whom you have the original contract of purchase.
